Refund policy

At The Divine Hair Collective, LLC, we take pride in providing luxury raw hair extensions, wigs, and haircare products of the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, we do offer store credit under specific conditions.


1. No Refunds – Store Credit Only

  • Customers have the right to request refunds on case by case basis by contacting info@briadivinehair.com.
  • We do not issue refunds under any circumstances for orders that are NOT purchased through Klarna. For purchases made using Klarna Only: Customer has the right to withdraw from purchase by contacting info@briadivinehair.com. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout in accordance with Klarna's policies. For all other orders, store credit will be offered.
  • If there is an issue with your order, you may be eligible for store credit to use on future purchases.

2. Eligibility for Store Credit

*Only considered up to 14 Days after Purchase*

Store credit will only be issued if:
✅ The product received is incorrect due to a fulfillment error on our part.
✅ The product is damaged upon arrival (must provide photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery).

Store Credit Will NOT Be Issued If:
❌ You changed your mind about your purchase.
❌ The product has been used, installed, altered, washed, or tampered with in any way.
❌ You selected the wrong texture, length, or color during checkout.


3. How to Request Store Credit

1️⃣ Email our customer service team at info@briadivinehair.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2️⃣ Include your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
3️⃣ If approved, store credit will be issued in the form of a unique discount code to use on a future purchase.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you qualify for store credit, you may use it to place a new order.


5. Order Issues & Shipping Errors

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before completing your order.
