At The Divine Hair Collective, LLC, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping for our luxury raw hair extensions and custom wigs. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
📍 Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date.
- During major sales and promotions, processing may take up to 7-10 business days due to high order volumes.
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
All orders within the United States are shipped via FedEx with receipt confirmation and insurance.

📌 Important Notes:
- Overnight shipments that leave our facility on a Friday will arrive the following Monday (not Saturday).
- Orders will be shipped once payment has been confirmed and cleared.
- Packages shipped to a PO BOX will only be shipped via USPS.
🌎 International Shipping
- International orders typically take up to 10 business days for delivery via FedEx.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs are NOT covered by The Divine Hair Collective. These fees are determined by your home country and must be paid by the recipient.
📌 Before submitting your order, please consider the customs policies of your country, as delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.
🚨 Undeliverable, Lost, or Returned Packages
If your package is returned to The Divine Hair Collective due to an insufficient or incorrect address, it will be restocked, and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card, minus the initial shipping cost.
📌 Common Reasons for Returned Shipments:
❌ The shipping address provided does not exist
❌ The shipping address is misspelled or incomplete (missing apartment/unit number)
❌ The carrier was unable to safely deliver the package
❌ The recipient has moved or refused the package

📢 Shipping Delays & Liability
In rare cases, shipping carriers may experience transit delays due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The Divine Hair Collective is NOT responsible for:

❌ Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
❌ Lost or stolen packages after delivery
📌 We strongly recommend purchasing shipping protection at checkout to cover lost or stolen packages.
